I've always dreamed of owning my own bakery, so after high school, I decided to go to culinary school. It was the only thing I was ever interested in, and I felt culinary school was the best direction for me to pursue my dream.
With years of experience in the culinary world, I have honed my skills to create delicious dishes that not only taste great but also nourish the body and soul. I firmly believe that food is more than just sustenance; it is medicine for the body and soul. By using quality ingredients sourced from local and organic producers, I ensure that each dish I prepare is a powerhouse of nutrients, promoting health and well-being. But it goes beyond that.
